Law students are taught to apply a constitution for
defending and judging people, however, it has been written according to old
scenarios and different human circumstances. There has never been a perfect
society and now less than before. Howard brings out four proposes which must be
looked under a microscope before driving someone’s issue into a positive or
negative result. Unfortunately, laws do not answer perfectly to everybody’s
issues, since society changes constantly and dramatically. Likely, bias can be
